Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise in its original condition to a Hemener store, subject to the store’s return policies.

Store Return and Exchange Policy
Hemener offers a refund of the total value of any merchandise in the original form of currency, provided the return is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return & Exchange Terms:
Shipping & handling charges for returns/exchanges will be borne by the customer. These charges vary based on factors such as:

Pin code of your address
Courier service availability
Order amount
Number of products purchased
Refund Process:

Once the returned shipment is received at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.

Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges
A Hemener return and/or exchange request will NOT be approved, and merchandise credit will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

Return and/or exchange requested after 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return and/or exchange of previously exchanged merchandise/order.
More than one return/exchange request by the same customer.
Returns/exchanges for items purchased using a gift card.
Returns/exchanges for items with a gift receipt.
Returns/exchanges for customized products.
Returns/exchanges without the original sales receipt or gift receipt.
Returns of merchandise purchased in another country (Refunds, if eligible, will be provided as merchandise credit in local currency at the item’s lowest selling price).
Returns/exchanges for items purchased during any Sale(s), Special Discount(s), or Special Offer(s).

Final Sale & Price Adjustment Policy
No Returns/Exchanges on Sale Items:
Any HEMENER item(s) purchased under Special Sale(s), Special Offer(s), or Final Sale(s) are FINAL. These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Price Adjustments:
If the price of an item is reduced within 7 days of purchase, HEMENER will refund the difference upon presentation of the merchandise and original sales receipt.

Only one price adjustment is allowed per item.
Unpaid Cheques:
If a personal cheque is returned due to insufficient funds, we may debit your bank account for:

The cheque amount.
Any service fees allowed by your bank.

Identification Requirement for Returns Without Receipt
If you do not have an original sales receipt, HEMENER requires a valid ID (such as an Aadhar Card or Driver’s License) for processing the return.
This policy helps monitor and limit the number of unreceipted returns.
HEMENER reserves the right to refuse returns from customers who exceed a specified limit of such returns.
If you do not wish to provide identification, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

Outlet Purchase & Gift Card Policy
Purchases made at a HEMENER outlet location can only be returned to an outlet location.
Returned merchandise CANNOT be mailed to our stores.
All Gift Card sales are final – they cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

Returns on Promotional Purchases
Returns for merchandise bought during promotions or sales events will be credited according to that specific offer's terms and conditions.
If returning items lowers your total purchase below the qualifying threshold, your refund or promotional balance will be adjusted accordingly.
If you received complimentary merchandise as part of a promotion and your return causes the original purchase to drop below the required amount, the value of the free item will be deducted.
If your return doesn’t cover the full value of the free item, you will only get merchandise credit for the remaining balance.
